The Accu-Chek Combo system consists of the Accu-Chek Spirit Combo insulin pump and the Accu-Chek Performa Combo meter to provide blood glucose monitoring, bolus advice, remote control of the pump and extensive data management capabilities. It's discreet, customisable to your own needs and is compatible with multiple infusion set types to suit your personal preferences.
Important note: From January 2022, in Australia, new sales of the Accu-Chek Combo insulin pump system are no longer available. Please note, existing users will be supported under warranty with replacement items as needed throughout their warranty period and supply of consumable items will continue with availability as noted on respective product pages on this website.

The Accu-Chek Combo system includes an insulin pump and a blood glucose meter. Together, they provide insulin delivery via the insulin pump supported by blood glucose monitoring and bolus advice via the blood glucose meter.
