Product Warranty

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

All Accu-Chek blood glucose meter products* come with a five (5) year warranty from the date of purchase, but this warranty does not apply to battery defects, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or if the meter is misused. Please refer to the intended use and warranty information within the packaging, if applicable, for further details to your product specific warranty. We will replace (at our cost) any Accu-Chek product covered by the Accu-Chek warranty.
