Accu-Chek Connect Online contains multiple, easy-to-interpret reports to support diabetes decisions
The Summary screen is a good starting point for your blood glucose assessment. It includes a Standard Day graph that shows your blood glucose data in a 24-hour overview over the last few weeks along with important statistical information on hypoglycaemic events as well as average blood glucose results. The glucose results and statistics are color-coded so it is easy to focus on patterns that require further attention.
The Logbook displays diabetes data in a table format. It shows essential information like flagged blood glucose levels, carbohydrates, and insulin in a structured and easy-to-understand format.
The Trend graph displays results over a defined time range in chronological order. Besides blood glucose readings, carbohydrates, and insulin, it allows you to choose different types of data like calories, blood pressure, and weight.
Use the Standard Day report to see blood glucose results, carbohydrates, and insulin over a 24-hour period. This report allows for comparing multiple days of data organised by the time of day. The Scatter View, Aligned View, Table View, and Statistics View let you look at the data in different ways so it is easier to identify blood glucose patterns in relation to common factors such as meals, exercise or daily activities.
You can use the Standard Week report to see blood glucose results, carbohydrates, and insulin over seven-day periods. This report is designed for comparing multiple weeks of data organised by the day of the week. This makes it easier to find weekly trends rather than daily ones.
The Settings Report shows the settings from different devices, like an insulin pump (i.e., basal rate profiles, max bolus amount, etc) or a bolus advisor (i.e. time blocks, insulin sensitivity factors, etc.). Use the Settings Report to review the settings of any supported meter or pump that is associated with the Accu-Chek Connect Online diabetes management system.
Displays all device and manually logged events, including blood glucose, insulin, meal, exercise, and medication information.
The 3-Day Profile report shows your blood glucose profile in detail over a three day period. You can see trends and patterns emerge with a special emphasis on the impact of meals and activity on your blood glucose levels. Please note that 3-Day testing must be scheduled in the Accu-Chek Connect diabetes management app.
