Benefits and Features

The Accu-Chek Connect diabetes management app can be used on its own or paired with the Accu-Chek Aviva Connect wireless blood glucose meter. You can wirelessly transfer data from the Accu-Chek Avivia Connect meter to the app to help you streamline your diabetes management.

 

  • Log your blood glucose results together with meals, insulin, exercise, medications, blood pressure, and more to provide a clear picture of what is affecting your blood glucose levels.
  • Transfer data from the Accu-Chek Connect app to your Accu-Chek Connect Online account with the option of sharing your data with your healthcare team or caregiver.

 

Extra features you may find useful:

  • Visualise your blood glucose patterns using the 3-Day Profile tool. A convenient way to record and track your blood glucose levels before and after meals and at bedtime.
  • Testing-In-Pairs is a simple tool to help better understand the change of your blood glucose levels around a specific event like a meal or special activity.
  • The built-in Accu-Chek Bolus Advisor is designed to calculate how much insulin you need, based on your individual settings and the amount of carbohydrates in the food you eat.  (Please note that this feature needs to be unlocked and configured by your healthcare professional.)
