The T1D Program was launched in March 2009, it is designed for newly diagnosed older teens and adults to help manage their diabetes.
To support families during the early days of diagnosis, the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) and Roche Diagnostics supply healthcare professionals (Diabetes Educators) with specially developed packs for newly diagnosed patients and families.
